What’s your return policy?
Because Appliance Buddy is sold and shipped through Amazon, you get the benefit of Amazon’s customer friendly return policy!
You may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Amazon between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
Does Appliance Buddy ship for free?
Appliance Buddy is sold and shipped through Amazon, which means that Amazon Prime members get free two day shipping, plus all other Amazon customers can also enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more!
What types of items can be used with Appliance Buddy?
Fridges, ovens, dishwashers, stoves, washers, dryers, chairs, entertainment centers, heavy furniture, safes, HVAC units, toolboxes and all types of large household items. We even have customers who use it for moving heavy boxes across the house from room to room.
Will this work for a stacked front load washer and dryer?
Due to the weight and height of stacked units, we suggest having a second person assist with sliding the Appliance Buddy underneath the units. The Appliance Buddy is quite thin, so the units only need to be lifted slightly to slide the Appliance Buddy underneath. Having that extra helper will ensure everything goes smoothly.
